Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Livia platform. By using Livia, you agree to these terms.

Employer terms

Employers using Livia must have a valid subscription agreement with Livia B.V. Employers are responsible for the accuracy of payroll data shared with Livia.

Employee terms

Employees access Livia through their employer. Livia is not a credit provider. Amounts accessed via Livia are deducted from the employee's next regular salary payment.

Liability

Livia B.V. is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure (SEPA Instant network, bank processing times).
